John Neilson

A top Grade 6 Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) and Fleet Trainer,  he has been assessed by the DSA as a 'first class trainer' with a 'professional manner' and was awarded by the DSA a Grade 6 on the Official Register of Driving Instructor Trainers (ORDIT).

Holder of the highest driving tests in the land - the DIAmond Special Test,  the DSA Cardington Special Test and the RoSPA Gold - and the DIA Diploma in Driving Instruction,  his experience includes driver training on the National Speed Awareness Course and the National Driver Improvement Scheme.

John Neilson is Director of Headway MSL driving school and Chairman of the ADI National Joint Committee - a national driving instructor association that has successfully lobbied the DSA on behalf of driving instructors.

Dean Fryer-Saxby

Dean leads a successful driving school - Mirrors School of Motoring Ltd - with manual & automatic cars and male & female instructors.

A DSA Approved Driving Instructor and Fleet Trainer Grade 5,  the DSA approved Dean for entry to the Official Register of Driving Instructor Trainers with a Grade 5,  assessed as having a 'relaxed approach creating a good learning environment.'

Dean is holder of LGV CE articulated lorry and PCV DE bus licences,  along with the Driving Instructors Association's advanced driving qualification the DIAmond Special Test.

A former transport manager in the logistics industry with a Certificate of Professional Competence in National and International Road Haulage,  he is secretary of the Luton and District Driving Instructors Association.
